Experience Required: Minimum 4–6 years in automotive spare parts (premium or luxury segment preferred)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Spare Parts Manager to lead the parts operations at Titanium Autos BMW, Ormanjhi. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of automotive spare parts management, inventory control, vendor coordination, and team handling—ensuring smooth workshop support and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the complete spare parts operations of the BMW dealership.
• Manage parts ordering, forecasting, and maintaining optimal stock levels.
• Ensure accurate inventory management using DMS/ERP systems.
• Coordinate with workshop, service advisors, and technical teams for timely parts availability.
• Monitor fast-moving, slow-moving, and non-moving inventory.
• Handle vendor coordination, purchase orders, and price negotiations as required.
• Maintain parts storage standards as per BMW guidelines.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, documentation, and audit protocols.
• Lead, train, and supervise parts counter staff.
• Prepare regular MIS reports on stock, demand, and consumption patterns.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction for retail parts queries and sales.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of automotive spare parts (premium segment preferred).
• Good understanding of stock management, forecasting & DMS/ERP tools.
• Team leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Analytical approach with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle pressure and meet operational timelines.

Qualifications:

• Graduate / Diploma in Automobile or related field.
• Certification or experience in BMW, Mercedes, Audi, or other premium brands will be an added advantage.
