Job Description

Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Talent Sourcing Specialist with expertise in sourcing and identifying top talent from LinkedIn. The ideal candidate will be responsible for proactively searching for qualified candidates, building talent pipelines, and collaborating with recruiters to fulfill hiring needs. Key Responsibilities: Utilize LinkedIn and other sourcing tools to identify and engage potential candidates. Perform Boolean searches and other advanced search techniques to find high-quality profiles. Screen and assess candidate resumes to ensure they meet job requirements. Maintain and update candidate databases and talent pipelines. Communicate with potential candidates via InMail, email, or phone to gauge interest. Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in sourcing. Requirements: Proven experience as a Resume Sourcer, Talent Sourcer, or similar role. Expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple searches and meet deadlines.
