Job Description The Associate Manager will be responsible for the overall operational management and takes complete ownership of improving the performance for the Recruiting Team. Shift Timings: 3 PM to 12 AM IST Roles & Responsibilities Has the ability to rally the team together to achieve one common goal. Set employee goals and objectives and develop staff to maximize potential Monitor team performance which include regular performance reviews Coach & Develop next generation leaders Ability to make data driven business decisions. Has to train and work with people at different career levels. Serve as an ongoing resource to ensure the success and continued development of all recruiters. Stay abreast of the new trends and tools for the employee development. Qualification : Bachelor's degree Required Proven experience as a people manager and has led large team in high paced environment. Experience with hiring, coaching and developing producers & Leaders. Strong aptitude for attention to detail and growth mindset. Exceptional interpersonal skills.
