Sourcing Specialist

As a Sourcing Specialist at our company located in Sector 65 Gurugram, your role will be crucial in partnering with hiring managers to understand resourcing requirements and workforce planning needs. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies using various channels such as job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals. Your main responsibilities will include managing the full recruitment lifecycle, maintaining candidate pipelines, coordinating with external recruitment agencies, and ensuring smooth onboarding and induction processes for new hires. Additionally, you will be required to maintain recruitment MIS, dashboards, and reports to track progress and KPIs, ensuring compliance with company policies, diversity goals, and applicable labor laws. Your support in employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and continuous analysis of recruitment processes for efficiency improvements will be highly valued. Key Responsibilities: - Partner with hiring managers for resourcing requirements and workforce planning. - Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using various channels. - Manage full recruitment lifecycle: job posting, screening, interviewing, shortlisting, and offer management. - Maintain candidate pipelines for current and future requirements. - Coordinate with external recruitment agencies and vendors when required. - Ensure smooth onboarding and induction processes for new hires. - Maintain recruitment MIS, dashboards, and reports to track progress and KPIs. - Ensure compliance with company policies, diversity goals, and applicable labor laws. - Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent. - Continuously analyze recruitment processes and suggest improvements for efficiency. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred). - 1-3 years of experience in sourcing/talent acquisition (in-house or consultancy). - Experience hiring across multiple functions and levels. - Familiarity with current recruitment trends, employer branding, and market mapping.
