Sourcing Specialist

Role Overview: You will be responsible for researching new products and trends in India and globally. You will have experience in launching new electronic products from China suppliers to India and sourcing products from Alibaba to India. Additionally, you will handle imports, customs, freight, and documentation. You will work closely with OEM/ODM partners on SKD/CKD assembly and manufacturing in China and India. It is essential to have knowledge of BIS/ISI and other certifications to ensure compliance with regulations. Key Responsibilities: - Research new products and trends in India and globally - Experience in launching new electronic products from China suppliers to India - Source products from Alibaba to India - Handle imports, customs, freight, and documentation - Collaborate with OEM/ODM partners on SKD/CKD assembly and manufacturing in China and India - Ensure compliance with BIS/ISI and other certifications Qualifications Required: - Minimum 1-4 years of experience in purchase/procurement, preferably in electronics/appliances - Knowledge of imports, customs, duties, and supply chain - Strong negotiation and vendor management skills - Startup mindset - fast, flexible, and eager to grow Company Details: The company is a rising D2C brand where you will have the opportunity to build the supply chain backbone.
