Job Title: Sourcing Specialist (Entry-Level / Fresh Graduates Welcome) Employment Type: Full-time About the Role: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sourcing Specialist to join our recruiting team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who are eager to build a career in recruitment and talent sourcing . You will receive training and hands-on experience using professional sourcing platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and Dice , while learning how to identify and engage top candidates across multiple industries. Key Responsibilities: Learn to source and identify potential candidates using LinkedIn and Dice . Support recruiters by building candidate pipelines for open roles. Reach out to candidates through personalized emails and phone calls to introduce job opportunities. Assist in screening resumes to ensure candidates meet basic job requirements. Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) . Collaborate with the recruiting team to understand hiring needs and sourcing goals. Stay up to date with the latest recruiting tools and sourcing trends . Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (any field — HR, Business, or related fields preferred). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable reaching out to new people via email and phone . Detail-oriented and organized with good time management skills. Eagerness to learn and grow within the recruitment industry. Basic familiarity with LinkedIn and job boards is a plus (training provided). Preferred Skills (Nice to Have): Basic understanding of recruitment or HR processes. Interest in working with technology, healthcare, banking, or operational roles .
