Key Responsibilities:

• Learn to

• Support recruiters by building

  candidate pipelines

  for open roles.

• Reach out to candidates

  through personalized

  emails and phone calls

  to introduce job opportunities.
• Assist in

  screening resumes

  to ensure candidates meet basic job requirements.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the

  Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

  .
• Collaborate with the recruiting team to understand hiring needs and sourcing goals.
• Stay up to date with the latest

  recruiting tools and sourcing trends

  .

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree

  (any field — HR, Business, or related fields preferred).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable reaching out to new people via

  email and phone

  .
• Detail-oriented and organized with good time management skills.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the recruitment industry.
• Basic familiarity with

  LinkedIn

  and job boards is a plus (training provided).

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

• Basic understanding of recruitment or HR processes.
• Interest in working with

  technology, healthcare, banking, or operational roles
