JOB SUMMARY Hiring Production Support Engineer to ensure the smooth operation of our production systems and applications. This role focuses on incident resolution, defect analysis, data correction, and SLA adherence. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, experience with code debugging, and a commitment to continuous improvement and service reliability. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure system uptime and issue resolution within defined SLA targets (95% and above). •Monitor production environments, detect anomalies, and respond to incidents and alerts. •Perform in-depth defect analysis and collaborate with development teams for root cause identification and resolution. •Apply code fixes or configuration changes where appropriate to resolve issues. •Identify patterns or recurring themes in incidents and work on long-term solutions or data correction strategies. •Drive post-incident reviews and contribute to preventive action plans. •Participate in rotation and support coverage if required. • REQUIREMENTS Mandatory - Candidates should possess 4+ years of experience in software development processes as an end-to-end developer •Experience in technologies - ASP.Net, C#, WCF/Web API, MVC Framework, Java Script, jQuery •Working experience on Angular 2+ •Experience of 2+ year in developing web applications using MVC framework •Excellent knowledge of Relational Databases and SQL should be able to troubleshoot single handedly Good to Have Working experience on Azure Cloud based application •Significant experience with No-SQL database •Solid understanding of CS fundamentals - Operating Systems, Databases and •Data Structures, and Computer Architecture
