Lionbridge is hiring a Sourcing Specialist to support our high-volume international recruitment efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and engaging talented professionals across global markets, building strong talent pipelines to meet the companys hiring needs. What You Will Do

• Handle high-volume recruitment for international positions across various regions and industries, ensuring we attract the best talent globally.
• Build relationships with external recruitment partners and maintain a steady talent pipeline to meet hiring targets.
• Use data-driven insights to manage and optimize sourcing strategies, ensuring alignment with global recruitment goals.
• Coordinate assessments, tests, and screenings for candidates from different countries, ensuring efficient processes.
• Regularly update and maintain the global talent database, keeping it accurate and up to date.
• Monitor the quality of external partners and requalify them based on performance metrics.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with global community partners, project managers, and internal teams.
• Achieve recruitment targets, including metrics such as the number of passive candidates turned into applicants, submission rates, test-to-hire ratios, and quality of hire.
• Use labor market data and sourcing tools to identify qualified candidates globally, employing advanced techniques such as Boolean searches and recruiting through social media.
• Create attractive job postings, social media content, and emails to engage candidates internationally.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and global teams to ensure a smooth recruitment process and a positive candidate experience.

To Be Successful You Will Have

• 2+ years of sourcing/recruitment experience

  in

  high-volume recruitment

  , preferably for international positions.
• Experience on lead generation, market/competitor research, research recruitment, patient sourcing, or clinical trial recruitment is a advantage
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with experience in candidate engagement and negotiation.
• Proficiency in using MS Office and other recruitment-related tools.
• Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques, including recruiting via social media and crafting Boolean search strings.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS).
• Strong ability to represent our company and global job opportunities to candidates from diverse backgrounds.
