Key Responsibilities:

Identify and evaluate potential retail locations for new pharmacy setups.
Negotiate and finalize property agreements in coordination with management.
Handle vendor coordination, store setup, and infrastructure readiness.
Ensure compliance with company standards, legal, and operational requirements.
Work closely with cross-functional teams (Admin, Projects, and Operations) to ensure smooth execution.
Maintain reports on sourcing progress and project timelines.

Requirements:

Graduate / MBA preferred.
2-5 years of experience in location sourcing, retail setup, or business expansion (preferably in the pharma or healthcare retail industry).
Strong negotiation, communication, and coordination skills.
Ability to travel across regions as required.
