What will you do at Fynd?
- Capability mapping. Translate the brief/tech-packs into a vendor matrix across India clusters (capacity, compliance, cost window, lead-time/OTIF risk).
- Costing & RFQs. Use the platform’s costing and shortlisting to produce directional should-costs, MOQ guidance, and RFQ packs; align on price locks and capacity holds.
- Quality & compliance story. Outline AQL, audits, and CAPA readiness; explain how QC and compliance verification will run once live.
- Logistics & Incoterms path. Present a practical routing and export documentation plan (3PL, consolidation, ETAs) for sign-off.
- Handoff & onboarding. After signature, initiate vendor onboarding, PO confirmation TATs, and the day-0 production calendar with Production Merchandising & QA. (This mirrors how mature sourcing orgs run Commercial + QA pillars.)
- Internal governance. Feed pipeline insights to the Sourcing Council cadence (cost deltas, OTIF risks, supplier adds/drops).
Some Specific Requirements
- Win-stage deals include: vendor shortlist + should-cost + lead-time plan in ≥70% of proposals.
- PO-ready onboarding (vendor docs, compliance checks, QC plan) completed within 10 business days for ≥80% of new wins.
- Live pilots meet or beat agreed OTIF and lead-time benchmarks.
- 6–12 years in buying office / sourcing agency / export house roles (vendor development, merchandising, or production); fluent in RFQs, MOQs, TNAs, AQL, audits, and export docs.
- Strong India vendor network across Delhi NCR, Tirupur, Mumbai, Bengaluru; you can sanity-check manufacturability in the first call.
- Comfort with tech: PLM/ERP basics, reading tech-packs; eagerness to use AI-driven vendor matching, costing, QC and logistics tooling.
- Executive poise and clear written proposals (SOWs, assumptions, commercial guardrails).
