We are currently seeking a dedicated Sourcing Manager to join our team in Thane on a full-time, on-site basis. In this role, you will play a crucial part in sourcing real estate properties, establishing and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, conducting thorough market research, and engaging in negotiations with property owners and developers. Your responsibilities will encompass the development of an effective sourcing strategy, evaluating property potential, and staying abreast of market trends to maintain a competitive edge. Furthermore, as the Sourcing Manager, you will collaborate with internal teams to ensure that sourcing initiatives are in line with our business objectives.
