Job Opening: Sourcing Manager (On-Site – Faridabad)

Krishna Enterprises, a precision machining partner to leading global OEMs, is seeking an experienced and proactive Sourcing Manager to strengthen our supply chain operations. This role is crucial to ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and timely procurement for critical components and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, evaluate, and develop qualified suppliers for raw materials, tools, and subcontracted services

• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms with vendors

• Monitor supplier performance on quality, cost, and delivery metrics

• Work closely with engineering and production teams for technical sourcing needs

• Manage purchase orders, track deliveries, and resolve any procurement issues

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal quality systems (ISO/IATF/IRIS)

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field

• 5+ years of experience in sourcing or procurement in manufacturing (preferably automotive, rail, or defense sectors)

• Strong negotiation, analytical, and vendor management skills

• Familiarity with ERP systems and technical drawings

• Must be available for full-time, on-site work in Faridabad

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in sourcing precision-machined parts or surface treatments

• Exposure to international procurement and Incoterms
