Role Description

Build, maintain, and expand a strong network of Channel Partners in targeted micro-markets.Identify active CPs, onboard new partners, and ensure continuous engagement.Generate quality leads through channel partners and ensure steady visit flow to the site.Understand market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to support strategic decisions.Conduct regular market visits, CP meetings, project orientations, and training sessions.Coordinate between sales teams and CPs to ensure smooth communication and faster closures.Track CP performance, visit conversions, and share weekly activity reports.Ensure maximum project visibility through CP networks and local market connections.Drive new sourcing initiatives and explore untapped micro-markets for potential business.
