We're looking to hire a immediate joiner for the role of Sourcing Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for woven fabric, trims, and accessories sourcing, production planning, and purchasing fashion products for our menswear brand that align with customer preferences, market trends, and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source woven fabrics, trims, and accessories as per design & production requirements.
• Manage product selection and buying for menswear, aligned with market trends and customer preferences.
• Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and quality standards with suppliers, vendors and manufacturers.
• Maintain accurate documentation of purchases, costing, and supplier communication.
• Ensure product pricing aligns with profit margins, market competition, and sales objectives.
• Conduct fabric, garments inspections and resolve quality issues promptly.
• Monitor inventory levels, replenish fast-moving items, and manage slow-moving stock.
• Oversee end to end process for production of garments including printing, embroidery, etc. if required.

Requirements:

• 3+ years experience in woven fabric sourcing for a menswear brand
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to secure cost-effective deals
• Proven ability to ensure product quality and maintain accurate inventory levels
• Deep knowledge of fabric types, textures, qualities, specifications, and their applications in garment production
• Immediate joiner preferred
