We're looking to hire 💼 an e-Commerce Operations Assistant to join our team! If you're detail-oriented, love managing online workflows, and thrive in a fast-paced digital retail environment — this one’s for you! You'll support the smooth running of our online stores, from order processing to inventory updates and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities 🎯: 📦 Process and manage daily orders across platforms like Shopify, Amazon, Myntra, Nykaa, Tata Cliq & Ajio 📊 Monitor and update stock levels to avoid out-of-stock situations 🛍️ Create, update & maintain product listings (descriptions, images, pricing & promotions) 📬 Handle customer queries , returns, exchanges & complaints — keeping satisfaction high ⚠️ File claims for fraudulent returns & resolve order discrepancies 🚚 Coordinate with warehouse/logistics to ensure timely shipping & accurate deliveries 🧾 Maintain records for orders, inventory & customer communications Requirements 📋: 👉 1+ years of experience in e-Commerce operations (fashion/lifestyle a plus!) 👉 Hands-on with platforms like Shopify, Myntra, Amazon, etc. 👉 Strong attention to detail & organization skills 👉 Solid communication (written & verbal) 👉 Basic knowledge of inventory & fulfillment workflows Office Location 📍: https://maps.app.goo.gl/8dmYKeAPEZWrMPz47 Office Timings 🕘: 09:30 AM to 06:30 PM Working Days 📅: Monday to Saturday If you love the backend of online retail and want to grow in the e-commerce space — apply now !
