Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sourcing Lead located in Delhi, India. The Sourcing Lead will be responsible for overseeing procurement processes, managing supplier relationships, and negotiating contracts. This role includes recruiting and onboarding new suppliers, conducting market analysis, and ensuring quality standards are met. The Sourcing Lead will work closely with other departments to optimize costs and improve procurement strategies.

Qualifications

Strong Analytical Skills and ability to conduct thorough market analysis
Excellent Communication skills for managing supplier relationships and working with internal teams
Experience in Contract Negotiation and procurement strategy development
Skills in Recruiting and onboarding new suppliers
Proficiency in Procurement processes and cost optimization
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Prior experience in the adventure gear and apparel industry is a plus
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
