6) Excellent understanding of Hardware board production process insecific to Yield , Wasteage , Semi / Fully automatic SMT machines -Capex , Consumables , Safety stock , MOQ etc which influencing pricing aspects
7) Ability to build systems process and Develop and nurture Young team
