The company maintains a culture of quality, respect, and transparency, fostering great relationships alongside building great homes. 🔸 Key Responsibilities:Identify, onboard, and nurture new Channel Partners (brokers, agents, and agencies) to drive project sales.Build strong relationships with partners to ensure active engagement and consistent performance.Conduct regular training sessions, meets, and incentive programs to motivate the partner network.Coordinate with sales, marketing, and CRM teams for smooth partner operations and client conversions.Track channel performance, share feedback, and contribute to business expansion strategies.🔸 Requirements:Graduate in Business/Marketing/Real Estate or related field.2–5 years of experience in channel partner development or real estate sales.Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills.Proactive approach and strong market understanding.
