Sourcing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy & Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify new suppliers, industry trends, and cost-saving opportunities.
• Supplier Management: Identify, evaluate, select, and onboard new suppliers. Manage existing supplier relationships, conducting regular business reviews and performance evaluations.
• Sourcing & Procurement: Lead the end-to-end sourcing process for assigned categories, including RFx (Request for Proposal/Information/Quotation), supplier negotiations, and selection.
• Cost Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts to achieve significant cost reductions while maintaining quality and service levels.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders (e.g., Product Development, Engineering, Quality Assurance, Finance) to understand requirements and align sourcing strategies with business goals.
• Contract Management: Draft, review, and manage supplier agreements and contracts to mitigate risk and ensure compliance.
• Risk Mitigation: Develop and implement strategies to mitigate supply chain risks, including geopolitical, logistical, and single-source dependencies.
• Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze spend data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track savings, measure supplier performance, and inform strategic decisions.
