Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sourcing Executive to join our team. The role involves sourcing ingredients and products, coordinating with suppliers, managing purchase orders, and ensuring timely follow-ups to meet business and client requirements. The ideal candidate will have a science background and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Source ingredients/products assigned by the respective Key Customer Success Executive/Salesperson.
Interact with suppliers via emails, calls, and other communication channels.
Place purchase orders as required and ensure timely execution.
Track purchase orders and sourcing inquiries at an individual level.
Follow up with suppliers for requirements, documentation, and order updates.
Ensure relevant documents and information are provided accurately to customers.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Graduate or Postgraduate in a Science background.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) preferred.
