Empower India is looking for Sourcer Talent Acquisition to join our team
Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
Source candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and employee referrals.
Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate fit.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from posting jobs to making offers.
Analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in sourcing and recruitment, with a minimum of years of experience.
