Job Title: Sourcer - Procurement Specialist

Role Overview:

As a Sourcer – Procurement Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing mechanical products and services, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring procurement aligns with business needs. You will play a critical role in negotiating contracts, maintaining supplier databases, and ensuring the timely and cost-effective procurement of materials.


Key Responsibilities:


Supplier Sourcing & Management:

  • Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers for mechanical products and services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure quality, cost-efficiency, and timely delivery.
  • Maintain a database of approved suppliers and ensure compliance with company policies.


Procurement & Negotiation:

  • Conduct procurement activities in line with company requirements.
  • Evaluate and negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers to secure the best value.
  • Manage RFQ (Request for Quotation) processes and track sample demands.
  • Ensure cost-effective purchasing while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Monitor supplier performance and resolve any issues related to product quality, delivery, or service.
  • Ensure that all procurement activities comply with company standards and industry regulations.
  • Work closely with internal teams to optimize supply chain efficiency.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sourcing or procurement-related roles.
  • Strong negotiation and supplier management skills to achieve cost savings and maintain quality standards.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for procurement tracking and reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi (reading, writing, speaking, and listening).
  • Ability to analyze market trends, assess risks, and make strategic procurement decisions.
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.


Note: The candidate must have experience working in the electronics industry.
