Role Overview:

Role Overview: As a Manager, Solutions for the US Markets, you will serve as a key individual contributor, executing on sales strategies and initiatives to drive growth. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create go-to-market approaches that articulate our advanced digital service offerings and enhance our core service value proposition. This role requires hands-on experience in sales enablement, solution design, and strategic consulting within the BPO and digital services landscape. Reporting to the Director, Sales Enablement & Strategy, you will be an integral member of the team responsible for shaping our US market success with minimal direct client interaction.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Strategy Support:

  • Execute on the development and refinement of comprehensive vertical and horizontal go-to-market strategies and materials.
  • Support the execution of sales initiatives and strategic alignment with business objectives by working directly with Vertical and Horizontal Business Unit leaders.
  • Gather market insights and develop guidance for the sales team's approach and market penetration efforts
  1. Solution Design Assistance:

  • Contribute to the design and development of innovative, customized solutions for key client pursuits.
  • Support the use of market intelligence from in-depth research to inform solution design.
  • Create compelling presentations and storyboards (leveraging PowerPoint or MSWord) that communicate proposed solutions
  1. Sales Enablement and Support:

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of scalable frameworks, pricing models, and strategic tools to empower the sales organization.
  • Support initiatives to optimize sales processes, improve knowledge sharing, and accelerate deal closure.


  1. Client Engagement Support:

  • Support the development of strategic Points of View (PoVs) and materials for high-level client engagements.
  • Assist in the creation of presentations for executive-level client meetings.
  • Facilitate key sections of internal design thinking sessions with stakeholders to uncover business needs.


Mandatory Requirement:


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience (8+ years) in Consulting, Research, Transformation, Sales Enablement or Solution design roles within the BPO industry, with a focus on digital services and solutions.
  • Proficiency in data visualization and analysis tools including PowerBI, MS Excel, and the ability to create compelling storyboards using PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and build consensus among stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to execute on complex strategic projects and develop effective solutions.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical aptitude, with a proactive approach to learning and thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced, and evolving environment.
  • Experience collaborating effectively with global executive stakeholders
  • Capable of independently navigating complex project challenges and developing effective solutions
  • Possesses a strong aptitude for learning and excels in a fast-paced, unstructured environment
  • Is comfortable working with global stakeholders
