Minimum Degree Required Bachelor’s /Master’s / from leading School in Engineering/Management Required Fields Of Study Computer and Information Science, Management Information Systems Minimum Years Of Experience 15+ year(s) Certification(s) Preferred

• Certifications on analytics languages such as Python/R
• Certifications such as on Informatica (IICS/IPC), Cloud Based Data Warehouses like Snowflake, Redshift, Synapse etc
• GCP/Azure/AWS Cloud Certifications Preferred Knowledge/Skills Demonstrates thought leader-level abilities with, and/or a proven record of success and specialization in directing efforts in the following areas:
• Use an analytical and data driven approach to drive a deep understanding of fast changing business
• Have familiarity with data technologies such as snowflake, databricks, redshift, synapse
• Leading large-scale data modernization and governance initiatives emphasizing the strategy, design and development of Platform-as-a-Service, Infrastructure-as-a-Service that extend to private and public cloud deployment models
• Experience in designing, architecting, implementation, and managing data lakes/warehouses.
• Experience with complex environment delivering application migration to cloud platform
• Understanding of Agile, SCRUM and Continuous Delivery methodologies
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes or other container orchestration platforms
• Strong Experience in data management with an understanding of analytics and reporting
• Understanding of emerging technologies and latest data engineering providers
• Experience in implementing enterprise data concepts such as Master Data Management and Enterprise Data Warehouse, experience with MDM standards.
• Should have deep experience in Azure and / or AWS cloud hyperscalers.
• Should have prior experience in working in an onshore/offshore model.
• Exposure to AI in terms of having led some solution development or delivery – Good to have
