- We are seeking a
  SAP Solution Architect
  with deep industry expertise and functional knowledge across multiple domains. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in
  SAP S/4HANA transformation projects
  , engaging with senior leadership to drive business value through technology-enabled solutions.
  
  Key Responsibilities:
  
  Industry & Functional Expertise:
- Demonstrate deep knowledge and expertise in one or more industries such as
  Energy, Utilities, Chemicals, Automotive, Life Sciences, Consumer Goods, Retail, High-Tech, Software, and Semi-Conductors
  .
- Engage in
  technology-agnostic business process discussions
  with senior client leadership across
  Finance, Cost Accounting, Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Maintenance, Logistics, and Sales
  .
- Solution Architecture Leadership:
- Help clients
  unlock value from transformation initiatives
  by identifying challenges, opportunities, and how
  SAP capabilities
  can deliver measurable business impact.
- Lead or collaborate with proposal teams to build
  tailored SAP solutions
  , incorporating
  best practices and industry-leading tools
  .
- Utilize
  enterprise assets and offerings
  to create differentiated solutions for clients.
- Drive end-to-end solution design by working with subject matter experts (SMEs) across multiple domains.
- Project Delivery & Implementation:
- Lead
  client-facing workshops
  to gather requirements, design solutions, and conduct gap analysis across multiple SAP S/4HANA functional areas.
- Oversee teams through the entire project lifecycle, from
  blueprint and design to implementation and post-go-live support
  .
- Take
  cross-functional ownership
  of end-to-end SAP solutions, collaborating with various teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Manage
  project risks, plans, and budgets
  , ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Pre-Sales & Advisory Support:
- Provide
  strategic client advisory
  on
  SAP S/4HANA-led transformations
  , helping clients
  navigate business challenges
  and define future roadmaps.
- Support
  pre-sales activities
  , business assessments, and roadmap development to drive client success.
- Qualifications & Skills:
- Extensive experience in
  SAP S/4HANA implementations
  and transformation projects.
- Strong industry expertise with a
  deep understanding of business processes
  in multiple sectors.
- Proven ability to lead
  solution design, workshops, and cross-functional teams
  .
- Strong stakeholder management, with the ability to engage with
  C-level executives and senior leadership
  .
- Experience in
  pre-sales, solution architecture, and proposal development
  .
- Ability to drive
  business transformation initiatives
  with a strategic and hands-on approach.
