**Job Description: Pre-Sales Solution Architect – Technology Consulting**

**Position Overview:**

We are seeking a talented and customer-focused **Pre-Sales Solution Architect** to join our Technology Consulting team. This role is pivotal in driving transformative B2B solutions, including B2B commerce platforms, business transformation initiatives, and technology consulting services. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise, business acumen, and exceptional communication skills to design and present impactful solutions that address complex client needs and foster lasting partnerships.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Solution Design and Strategy**

- Collaborate with clients to identify and understand their business challenges and transformation goals.

- Design end-to-end B2B solutions encompassing commerce platforms, supply chain integration, digital transformation, IT consulting services working in collaboration with other Solution Architects and following organizationally defined best practices.

- Develop tailored solution blueprints and technology roadmaps to align with client objectives and industry best practices.

2. **Client Engagement and Relationship Building**

- Serve as a trusted advisor to prospective clients, translating complex technical concepts into business value propositions.

- Conduct discovery workshops and technical assessments to define requirements and solution scope.

- Present innovative and scalable solutions to key stakeholders, including C-level executives and technical teams.

3. **Cross-Functional Collaboration**

- Partner with internal teams, including consulting, delivery, product, solution architects and engineering, to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and meet client needs.

- Ensure organizational best practices are followed.

- Gather insights from market trends and client feedback to refine service offerings and drive innovation.

4. **Thought Leadership and Market Intelligence**

- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in B2B commerce, digital transformation, and technology consulting.

- Act as a thought leader by contributing to whitepapers, webinars, and client presentations on transformative B2B strategies.

- Provide training and enablement to sales and technical teams to enhance understanding of solutions and market opportunities.

5. **Documentation and Reporting**

- Create detailed solution documentation, including architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and SoW (Scope of Work) documents.

- Support RFP/RFI processes by preparing comprehensive technical responses that highlight differentiation and value.

**Qualifications:**

- **Educational Background:**

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in technology consulting or B2B platforms are a plus.

- **Experience:**

- 14+ years of experience in pre-sales, solution architecture, or technology consulting, with a focus on B2B transformation and commerce.

- Demonstrated ability to design and deliver successful technology solutions for enterprise clients.

- **Technical Skills:**

- Proficiency in B2B commerce platforms ( Salesforce B2B Commerce, or Adobe Commerce).

- Deep understanding of APIs, system integrations, and enterprise architecture.

- Expertise in cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and digital transformation frameworks.

- Familiarity with supply chain management, ERP systems, and CRM platforms.

- **Soft Skills:**

- Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to convey technical solutions in a business context.

- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a client-first approach.

- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
