Microsoft Dynamics (One Navision), .NET, JAVA, FuturMaster, and Reflex Logistics WMS

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize ERP and Supply Chain Solutions integrating Microsoft Dynamics (One Navision), Reflex WMS, and FuturMaster.
• Provide Level 2 technical and functional support, ensuring smooth operations of business-critical systems and processes.
• Lead architecture reviews, solution design sessions, and system enhancement initiatives across Finance (AP), Supply Chain, and Reporting domains.
• Partner with vendors, IT teams, and business stakeholders to troubleshoot, enhance, and maintain ERP and related platforms.
• Manage vendor relationships, ensuring effective performance, contract compliance, and service delivery.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs while maintaining alignment with enterprise architecture standards.
• Oversee integration architecture across .NET and JAVA-based applications.
• Drive continuous improvement, system upgrades, and automation to enhance operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and IT audit requirements.

• Supply Chain Tools: FuturMaster (demand & supply planning), Reflex Logistics WMS.
• Architecture Expertise: Solution design, system integration, and performance optimization.
