Solar Sales Trainer

As a Solar Sales Trainer based in Vadodara, Gujarat, you will be part of a dynamic team working on-site during the early morning shift from 4:30 AM to 1:30 PM IST, six days a week. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Education, or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales training and recruitment, preferably within the solar or renewable energy industry. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as proficiency in using learning management systems and recruitment software. Preferred qualifications include experience with high-volume hiring and training in rapidly growing organizations, familiarity with Australian sales markets and processes, and certifications in training, coaching, or human resources.
