Key Responsibilities Sales Training & Development: β Design, develop, and implement effective sales training programs tailored to B2B and B2C markets, with a focus on the solar industry. β Conduct onboarding sessions for new sales hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company. β Facilitate ongoing training workshops to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement strategies. β Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, making necessary adjustments to programs. β Collaborate with sales leadership to identify skill gaps and develop targeted training solutions. Qualifications β Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Education, or a related field. β Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales training and recruitment, preferably within the solar or renewable energy industry. β Proven track record of developing and delivering successful sales training programs. β Strong understanding of B2B and B2C sales processes, particularly in the context of solar energy solutions. β Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. β Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and recruitment software. β Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Preferred Qualifications β Experience with high-volume hiring and training in rapidly growing organizations. β Familiarity with Australian sales markets and processes. β Certifications in training, coaching, or human resources.
