• Respond to leads via phone, email, Zoom, live chat & social media
• Consult with potential customers over calls & meetings
• Provide tailored solar quotes, explain benefits & government rebates
• Close deals and ensure high customer satisfaction
• Track leads and customer interactions using our CRM
• Coordinate with admin to process orders & paperwork
• Encourage referrals and build long-term customer relationships
• Stay up to date with market trends, pricing & competition
• Share daily activity reports and join team sales huddles
  

• Excellent English communication and persuasion skills
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal abilities
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and a team player
• Comfortable working early morning shift (3:30 AM – 12:30 PM)
• Experience with CRMs, Zoom, and online sales tools
