Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Solar Sales Manager located in Noida. The Solar Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, developing sales strategies, and managing client relationships. Day-to-day tasks include leading sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and working closely with the engineering and project management teams to ensure successful project delivery. The role also involves market analysis and staying updated with industry trends to align sales efforts with company goals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales and client acquisition
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong understanding of solar energy systems and the renewable energy industry
• Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Experience in managing client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Strong analytical skills and ability to conduct market analysis
• Relevant qualifications or degrees in Business, Marketing, or a related field; experience in the solar or renewable energy sector is a plus
• Ability to work on-site in Noida
