PRIOR EXPERIENCE MANDATORY

Role Description

As a full-time, on-site Telesales Account Manager based in Noida, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, driving sales opportunities, and building long-term client relationships. You will engage with prospective and existing customers via phone and email, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting India Solar's solutions. The role involves achieving sales targets, maintaining customer satisfaction, providing tailored recommendations, and working closely with the sales and operations team to ensure seamless project execution.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Account Management and Relationship Building to establish and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Strong Communication skills, including verbal and written, to effectively connect with clients and team members.
  • Customer Service expertise to provide excellent support and address client needs efficiently.
  • Proven Sales skills and experience in achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple accounts simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and software is a plus, with a focus on tracking customer interactions and sales progress.
  • Prior experience in the renewable energy or solar industry is considered an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
