Job Description

Role Objective

Execute and guide software testing with strong automation focus using

Playwright, C#, xUnit, Allure Reports

. Ensure test quality, coverage, and performance while mentoring junior testers and integrating automation with CI/CD.

Key Responsibilities

Design and execute test cases based on user stories or requirements.
Build and maintain automation frameworks in Playwright + C#.
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
Report defects, maintain test documentation, and improve testing processes.
Lead and mentor automation engineers on best practices.
Collaborate with developers, QA, and business analysts to ensure comprehensive testing.
Generate and analyze test reports, improve coverage, and resolve issues.

Must-Have

Technical Skills

Playwright (Automation)
C# / .NET
xUnit
Allure Reporting
Page Object Model, SQL queries
Git, JIRA, Manual Testing

Good To Have

CI/CD pipeline integration
Knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies

Performance Indicators

Timely completion of tasks
Requirements-to-test coverage ratio
Quality of test cases and scripts
Valid defect detection rate
Knowledge contribution within the team

Ideal Profile

4–6 years of testing experience, with strong automation exposure.
Proven ability in framework development and test execution.
Analytical mindset with strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
Effective communicator for cross-functional coordination.
