Mission: Performed at Bengaluru and under the responsibility of the Software QA Manager, we are looking for our new Software Tester, within Qualification team ACTIVITIES Work closely with the Product Owner and the Development team as part of the Scrum team. Able to resume and share useful info when testing a software in order to reach a good global quality objective (Importance of reporting and clarity) Ensure the quality of deliverables by conducting relevant non-regression testing. Participate in the creation of comprehensive documentation for both internal and external stakeholders on the project need basis. Test code deliveries manually or using automatic tools following the qualification process. Developing the functional test cases, test data, execution, analysis and generate the report. Work in an agile mode, engaging in daily meetings with the development team, assisting in task estimation and prioritization, and actively participating in quarterly planning sessions (Program Increment). Helps process to constantly innovate and adapts (Be confident with you process monitoring skill) JOB EXPERIENCE Graduated from an Engineering school with a related degree. Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a related field KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS HARD SKILLS Academic expertise in code development (delivery, optimization). Good working experience in Manual testing. Knowledgeable and experienced in working within a DevOps environment. Academic or professional knowledge of Agile frameworks. Willingness to learn and delve into project requirements. Openness to adopting and implementing new technologies. Academic knowledge of English, with fluency in spoken and written communication. SOFT SKILLS Proactive and capable of taking initiatives. Ability to deliver according to project planning. Possess a problem-solving mindset with a strong analytical approach. Customer-facing capabilities. Ability to work with multiple teams.
