Role Summary

We are hiring a detail-oriented Software Quality Audit Engineer – Fresher to join our SQA team. This role involves supporting the quality assurance lifecycle, tracking project compliance with SDLC processes, managing documentation, and assisting with audits using tools like Azure DevOps (TFS) and Zera. The candidate will work closely with software teams to ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory norms.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and quality control checkpoints.
• Maintain and audit project documentation such as test cases, release notes, design records, and review logs.
• Track compliance status using tools like TFS, Azure DevOps, or Zera.
• Assist in preparing quality metrics, deviation reports, and internal audit reports.
• Ensure timely documentation of project milestones, validation steps, and version traceability.
• Collaborate with developers and testers to close gaps in process or documentation.
• Participate in internal QA reviews and support external quality audits when required.

Required Skills & Knowledge

• B.E/B.Tech or M.Sc/MCA in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Basic understanding of SDLC phases – requirements, design, development, testing, deployment.
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps/TFS for tracking tasks, requirements, bugs, and test cases.
• Familiarity with SQA concepts like traceability matrix, verification and validation (V&V).
• Good skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and maintaining structured documentation.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a strong focus on process compliance and accuracy.

Preferred (Not Mandatory)

• Exposure to Zera, Jira, or other task tracking tools in academic or internship projects.
• Understanding of software version control, change management, and configuration control.
• Awareness of standards such as ISO 9001, CMMI, or DO-178C (advantageous in defense software).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
