Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Software QA Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Perform
manual testing
of software applications to identify defects and ensure functionality.
Develop and execute
automated test scripts
to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
Conduct
on-device testing
for software installed on hardware or embedded systems.
Perform
API testing
, including functional, regression, and integration testing.
Prepare and maintain
detailed test documentation
, including test cases, bug reports, and test plans.
Track, report, and manage defects using
DevOps boards
or other issue tracking tools.
Collaborate with development teams to reproduce, troubleshoot, and resolve issues.
Contribute to
continuous improvement
of testing processes and methodologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in
Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
.
Proven experience in
manual and automated software testing
.
Hands-on experience with
API testing tools
(Postman, SoapUI, etc.).
Familiarity with
testing on devices or embedded systems
.
Knowledge of
test management and defect tracking tools
, preferably integrated with DevOps (Azure DevOps, Jira, etc.).
Experience in
writing test plans, test cases, and maintaining documentation
.
Strong
analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a
fast-paced development environment
.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with
test automation frameworks
(Selenium, Appium, Robot Framework, etc.).
Familiarity with
CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
.
Exposure to
performance, security, or load testing
.
