Software Manual Tester

• Job Title: Software Manual Tester (2–3 Years Experience) – Full Time (on-site)

• We are excited to invite applications for the role of Software Tester / Project Coordinator with 2–3 years of experience in testing, QA processes and project implementation.

• Manual Testing: Strong understanding of testing techniques, test case creation and bug reporting.
• Selenium: Ability to design, execute and maintain automated test scripts.
• SonarQube: Knowledge of code quality and security analysis; ability to interpret reports and guide developers.
• BrowserStack: Hands-on experience with cross-browser & cross-platform testing.
• Jenkins: Basic to intermediate experience with CI/CD and running deployment/testing jobs.
• Collaboration: Work closely with developers, QA and support teams to resolve technical/functional issues.

• Conduct end-to-end testing to identify defects, performance issues and usability gaps.
• Create, review and update test plans, test cases and documentation.
• Execute manual + automation test suites.
• Participate in SDLC phases, providing testing insights.
• Stay updated with testing tools, automation frameworks and QA best practices.

• Understand full project flow across all Education ERP modules (School & College).
• Lead module implementation at client locations with minimal supervision.
• Provide onsite/remote support and conduct client training sessions.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and deliver reliable solutions for client-reported issues.
• Manage multiple tasks and maintain detailed issue logs & knowledge base updates.
• Provide timely updates to clients & internal teams; follow escalation procedures.
• Prepare accurate daily/weekly reports.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with accountability.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT / related field.
• 2–3 years experience in software testing, support, or ERP implementation.
• ISTQB or similar testing certification is an added advantage.
