Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with 0 to 1 years of experience to join our team as a Software Manual Testing Fresher in Gurgaon. The selected candidate will be offered a one-year contract.

Roles and Responsibility

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements.
Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure high-quality software delivery.
Identify, report, and track defects, working closely with development teams to resolve issues.
Participate in agile methodologies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Analyze test results, identify trends, and recommend process improvements.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in software testing.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and tools.
Experience with manual testing techniques, including black box and white box approaches.
Familiarity with web applications and mobile apps is desirable.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Qualification: B.C.A, B.E, M.C.A, M.Tech.
Key Skills: Software Testing, Web Testing, Automation Testing, Manual Testing.
