Understand the overall project by considering every aspect of each module of Education (Schools, Colleges & Universities) ERP software Implementation of projects or modules at the client site Training of users according to modules Onsite support for the clients Excellent Communication Skills Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve system issues Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams Talk clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email or chat, until they’ve solved a technical issue Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers Refer to internal databases or external resources to provide accurate tech solutions Ensure all issues are properly logged Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time Prepare accurate and timely reports Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year Education: Bachelor's (Required) Language: English (Required) Location: Pune - 411004, Maharashtra (Required) Work Location: In person
