• Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) Project Manager located in Pune. The ERP Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and support of ERP systems. Daily tasks include analyzing business processes, coordinating with different departments to ensure successful ERP implementation, managing the project budget, and ensuring the ERP system meets the needs of the organization. The role also involves continuous process improvements and providing training to staff.

• Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and experience with Business Process analysis
• Proven experience in ERP Implementations and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)
• Budgeting experience and the ability to manage project costs effectively
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Exceptional communication and leadership abilities
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the education sector is a plus
