Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Project Manager based in Chennai. The ERP Project Manager will oversee the end-to-end implementation of ERP systems, manage project timelines and budgets, and ensure seamless integration with business processes. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to analyze and optimize workflows, identifying requirements, and ensuring the successful execution of ERP projects. Additionally, the candidate will be expected to monitor system efficiency and coordinate necessary updates or upgrades.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and prior experience in ERP implementations
• Analytical skills and proficiency in analyzing and optimizing business processes
• Experience in project management, with a focus on budgeting and managing timelines for ERP projects
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Strong communication and leadership skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
• Familiarity with the aerospace or manufacturing industry is advantageous
