AGM/DGM - Manufacturing Engineering (Aerospace)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned and dynamic professional helping organization to establish better FAI and CI in Manufacturing Engineering. The Position is AGM/DGM - Manufacturing Engineering to lead our ME Team in the Aerospace Manufacturing industry.

The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge GD&T as per ASME standard, AS9100 Standards,  Process planning for Aerospace, Project planning and resource identification. CNC Milling & Turning and other machining process. Special process and Aerospace Materials. also Well versed with Quality Tools, Techniques, Standards & OEM requirements

Responsibilities

. Knowledge on Process planning for Aerospace detail part manufacturing.

. Knowledge on project planning and resource identification.

. Ability to Identify machining process, fixture requirements and machining strategy.

. Knowledge on CNC Milling, Turning and other machining process.

. Knowledge on Special process and Aerospace Materials.

· Knowledge on GD&T as per ASME standard.

. Special tool design & Management.

· Creation of PPAP & PFMEA documents.

. Knowledge on standard clamping Elements.

Qualifications:

Educational Qualifications

Diploma / B.E in Mechanical / Aeronautical

Experience Required:

20 to 30 Years

Experience working with senior leadership and managing ME requirements.
