How will you make an impact in this role?

This role in the Technology organization is responsible for delivery of solutions which are critical to driving financial data insights in adherence with enterprise controls & compliance. This role will also be involved in executing the Finance technology modernization development and leveraging modern technologies and enterprise solutions to accelerate and support business insights.Key responsibilities include:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Science Engineering, or related field required. Advanced degree preferred.7+ years of large-scale technology engineering and formal management in a complex environment and/or comparable experience.Successful engineering and deployment of enterprise-grade technology products in an Agile environment.Hands-on expertise in Java. Nice to have - GCP.To be successful in this role you will need to be a subject-matter guide in Java, Spring Boot, React, Micro Services, SQLLarge scale software product engineering experience with contemporary tools and delivery methods in a complex environment (i.e. DevOps, CD/CI, Agile, etc.).Ability to see the big picture with attention given to critical details.Experience with variety of non-functional and functional testing practices demonstrating extensive scale of data, business logic.Strong systems integration architecture skills and a high degree of technical expertise, ranging across a number of technologies with a proven track record of turning new technologies into business solutionsStrong thought leadership skills with an ability to problem solve and create strategic plansStrong mentoring and coaching skills to empower teams and help create trusting, cohesive environmentWe back you with benefits that support your holistic well-being so you can be and deliver your best.
