A CMS is a crucial tool that allows organizations to create, edit, store, and publish various types of digital content, ensuring it is accurate and accessible. In this role, you will work alongside our engineering practices to further enhance these systems.Your responsibilities will encompass designing, developing, implementing, testing, and deploying products and services to cloud platforms such as Azure. Essential Functions / Key Areas Of Responsibility
Software Engineer, responsible for the design, development, and deployment of your team's applications and services.
- Design, develop and deploy InFlyt Experience digital solutions with focus on high availability and scalability.
- Drive collaboration within agile teams of Engineers and Product Owners and UI Designers to build new product features
- Collaborate closely with squad engineers and become a valued member of an autonomous, cross- functional squad.
- Collaboration with CCoE team to improve the tooling, develop a safe, secure framework for fast deployment of InFlyt Experience digital solutions.
- Be hands on and deliver on frontend applications and backend platform services.
- Build and operate infrastructure, toolset and CI/CD pipelines.
- Develop individually to continue to grow and provide training to individuals and other functional groups as needed
- Continuously improve InFlyt Experience digital solutions by innovating on the services offered.
- Consistently write, translate, refactor and code software programs and applications according to specifications that are functional, robust, easy to use, maintainable and scalable.
- Collaborate with architects and senior developers in designing, developing and/or re-engineering customer facing highly available application components or new programs and applications.
- Develop prototype applications for proof of concept.
- Responsible for development and deployment of innovative solutions consistent with Thales design principles, programming standards, and best practices.
- Produce clearly written, logical application code with minimal errors. Code must be easily extensible following principles of object-oriented design
Minimum Requirements: Skills, Experience & Education
Include minimum experience qualifications, required proficiencies with specialized knowledge, computer proficiencies, etc.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2-4 years of software development experience.
- Experience with Azure cloud, Docker, CI tools, and configuration management tools.
- Experience working with virtualization and clustered orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Ability to work on web application development, networking, or systems software development.
- Ability to work on infrastructure provisioning tools (like Terraform).
- Ability to work on test cases writing on any testing framework (like Cucumber).
- Experience in following but not limited to
- JAVA
- C#, .NET Core, Hangfire , ASP.NET MVC5,
- REST Api, MSSQL, Azure Service Bus Queue, RabbitMQ, Kubernetes, JSON.

- You are interested in working on front end and backend services as a Software Engineer as a developer.
- You are experienced working with modern infrastructure and tools.
- You are experienced running software in DevOps environments.
- You have excellent problem-solving skills, and communication skills.
