.We are seeking a talented Full-Stack Software Engineer to join a distributed, remote engineering team focused on building innovative, user-facing solutions for web applications. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to lead the development of large-scale features, enhance product functionality, and improve user engagement. This role offers the opportunity to influence technical strategy, advocate best practices, and mentor peers while working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will work across both frontend and backend technologies, contributing to a modern, scalable platform that supports millions of users and fosters creative, impactful solutions.
Accountabilities:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of web application features, ensuring high-quality and scalable solutions
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineering teams to understand user needs and translate them into technical requirements
- Influence software architecture, technical strategy, and product development decisions
- Advocate for engineering best practices, code quality, and maintainable codebases
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team knowledge sharing and technical growth
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across frontend and backend systems, ensuring smooth performance and reliability
Requirements
- 3-6 years of experience building software applications in a full-stack environment
- Proficiency in Node.js, React, TypeScript, Python, Django, and GraphQL
- Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL/Google Cloud SQL) and NoSQL solutions (Google Cloud Datastore)
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, containerization, and orchestration tools (Docker, Google Kubernetes Engine)
- Strong understanding of frontend and backend development challenges and best practices
- Effective team collaboration, mentorship, and communication skills
- Bonus: experience with marketing, social media, e-commerce platforms, third-party API integrations, or analytics/CRM technologies
