Job Title: Software Engineer – Zoho Tools & Integrations Company: DestinMe Private Limited Location: Kukatpally, Hyderabad  Department: Technology & Solutions Job Overview DestinMe Private Limited seeks a results-driven Software Engineer specializing in the Zoho suite and advanced integrations to support the company’s hospitality and property management solutions. The role involves customizing, and integrating Zoho applications to streamline business operations and back-end automation, ensuring DestinMe teams and clients benefit from seamless digital experiences. Key Responsibilities • Architect, develop, and maintain custom solutions using Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, and other Zoho apps essential to DestinMe’s workflows. • Design and implement robust integrations between Zoho products and external applications (such as property management systems, communication platforms, and analytics tools) using APIs and webhooks. • Automate business processes, build workflows, and optimize reporting for departments spanning Owner Relations, Marketing, and Operations. • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade Zoho-based systems as new requirements evolve. • Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, delivering solutions aligned with DestinMe’s strategic goals. • Maintain technical documentation for system changes and integration configurations. • Stay current on Zoho platform updates and best practices for scalable, secure deployment. Required Skills & Qualifications • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • 3+ years of hands-on experience developing with Zoho Deluge scripting, Zoho CRM customization, and building integrations via REST APIs. • Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and SQL for custom development and conditional logic within Zoho apps. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills suitable for a cross-functional role in hospitality-hosted solutions. • Experience with version control, technical documentation, and rapid deployment cycles. Preferred • Zoho Developer certification or equivalent advanced coursework. • Familiarity with other workflow automation platforms (e.g., Zapier, Make) and cloud deployment. • Prior experience supporting hospitality or property management technology teams is valued.
