About The Role

Auxia’s software engineers are generalist problem solvers who work across the software technology stack. Our engineers bring creative ideas in systems development, data management, machine learning, privacy and security, distributed computing, UI design, and more.We are looking for engineers who are independent thinkers and natural leaders with an ownership mindset. Exceptional candidates should have a bias for action and share our desire to build an incredible company for the long term. We offer a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment that will let you focus on real customer problems and deep tech innovation with little to no operational overhead common at most larger companies.We're hiring at varying levels of experience. The responsibilities can change based on experience level, so feel free to apply even if you have more experience.

Responsibilities

Write and test production systems.
Contribute and lead design discussions / reviews.
Review implementation, provide feedback and develop best practices.
Contribute to the documentation to save engineering overhead and set guardrails.
Resolve product or system issues with thorough analysis.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in CS or equivalent practical experience.
4-6 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages with data structures/algorithms.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience implementing Machine Learning models and bringing them to production.
Experience in software architecture/design.
Experience developing software infrastructure, distributed systems, and/or data.
Experience leading teams
