About the Role As a Platform Product Manager at Auxia, you will take ownership of building and evolving the technical foundations of our platform. This role requires a deep understanding of distributed systems, API design, and large-scale data infrastructure, as well as the ability to translate customer and business needs into scalable platform features. Collaborating closely with engineering, data science, UX teams, and customer-facing teams, you will shape the core capabilities that empower Auxia’s customers and internal teams. We’re looking for a highly technical product leader who thrives on solving complex problems, drives cross-functional collaboration, and ensures that our platform meets the demands of scalability, performance, and reliability. Responsibilities Own and define the roadmap for Auxia’s core platform components, including APIs, distributed systems, and data infrastructure. Collaborate with engineering to design and deliver scalable, high-performance systems that support customer-facing applications and internal tools. Work closely with data science teams to ensure the platform can efficiently handle ML models, AI agents, and data processing pipelines. Partner with customer teams and customer-facing teams to translate enterprise requirements into technical specifications and platform capabilities. Define and monitor KPIs for platform performance, reliability, and scalability. Drive technical trade-off decisions, ensuring that short-term deliverables align with long-term platform goals. Stay informed about industry trends in platform architecture, cloud technologies, and AI/ML to guide innovation within Auxia. Qualifications B.Tech/BE Degree in CS or past experience into Software Development. Minimum 5 years of experience in product management with a strong focus on technical products, platforms, or infrastructure. Solid understanding of distributed systems, API design, and scalable data infrastructure. Experience working with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and managing large-scale datasets. Familiarity with AI/ML systems, including model deployment and performance monitoring. Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making. Proven ability to work effectively with engineering teams and contribute to technical discussions. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to distill complex concepts for diverse audiences, including customer teams.
