Hiring for a leading HealthTech AdTech product company
We are looking for a Principal Product Manager who has deep experience building data+AI-powered products, a strong understanding of demand/supply-side programmatic ecosystems, and hands-on ownership of the end-to-end product lifecycle.

You must bring

• Strong Product Management background with 7+ years of experience
• Minimum 2+ years in HealthTech / Pharma / Life Sciences / AdTech
• Experience building or scaling AI/ML/Data Science–based products
• End-to-end ownership across strategy → roadmap → execution → adoption
• Experience collaborating with Engineering, Data Science, Design, Supply & Demand teams
• Understanding of DSP (Demand-Side Platform), programmatic advertising, identity graphs & marketplace platforms
• Hands-on experience working with companies serving HCPs (Healthcare Professionals)
• Tier-1 education (UG or PG Any)
• This is an IC role

What you will drive

• Identity Resolution products, HCP Graph, deterministic & probabilistic matching
• Data partner integrations & activation channels
• Privacy-compliant identity systems (HIPAA, GDPR, CCPA)
• User research, product optimisation, & performance metrics adoption
• Cross-functional leadership across high-impact product initiatives
• Locations: Mumbai (Andheri East) / Noida
• Working Days: 5

• Outstation candidates allowed (≤30 days NP preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹5,000,000.00 - ₹6,500,000.00 per year
